In these Terms, "I", "me" and "my" refer to the seller above. "You" refers to the customer.
By purchasing or using the Course, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Course
The Course is a digital, online video course that teaches you how to paint a blueprint-style artwork of a car on canvas. It includes the modules and bonuses described on the sales page at the time of your purchase.
The Course is digital. No physical products (canvas, paint, pens, frames) are included or shipped. You buy your own materials.
3. Pre-orders (if the Course has not opened yet)
If the sales page presents the Course as a founding launch (the Course has not opened yet), your purchase is a pre-order:
You will receive a confirmation email right after your purchase.
You will receive your login details by email as soon as the Course opens.
You can cancel your pre-order at any time before the Course opens, for a full refund.
If there isn't enough interest and I decide not to open the Course, I will refund you in full automatically.
4. Price and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are one-time payments unless clearly stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. I never see or store your full card details.
Your bank may charge currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. These are outside my control.
Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted. You will receive a confirmation email.
5. Access to the Course
After purchase (or as soon as the Course opens, for pre-orders), you will receive access to the Course through the systeme.io platform.
"Lifetime access" means access for as long as the Course is offered on the platform. If I ever stop offering the Course, I will give you at least 30 days' notice by email and a way to keep the course materials (for example, downloadable files).
Your access is personal. Please do not share your login with others.
6. Your license and your artwork
Your artwork is yours. Any painting you create using the Course belongs to you. You may keep it, give it away, or sell it.
The course materials are mine. The videos, templates, guides, stencils and texts are protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them to create your own artworks.
You may not copy, resell, share, publish or distribute the course materials or templates (in whole or in part), or use them to create a competing course or product.
7. Cars, brands and third-party designs
The Course teaches a painting technique. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any car manufacturer or brand.
Some car names, logos and distinctive designs are protected by trademarks or other rights. Painting your own car for your personal enjoyment is generally fine. If you plan to sell artworks showing a specific brand or model, you are responsible for making sure you have the right to do so.
8. Safety
The Course uses common art supplies (acrylic paint, paint pens, spray varnish, cutting tools). Always follow the manufacturers' safety instructions, work in a well-ventilated area, and keep supplies away from young children. Children should only take part under adult supervision.
9. Results
I share the method I use and do my best to make every step clear. Results depend on your own practice, care and materials, so I cannot guarantee a specific result.
10. Refunds
Your purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the Refund Policy for details.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Course is provided "as is". I am not liable for indirect losses, or for damage to property caused by the use of art supplies.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
12. Changes
I may improve or update the Course content over time. I may also update these Terms. The version in force on the date of your purchase applies to your purchase.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
If you have a problem, please email me first at contact@gwepstudio.com. I will do my best to solve it quickly.

After the Course opens, the 30-day guarantee starts from the opening date.
For customers in the European Union
You have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. My 30-day money-back guarantee includes this right and gives you more time.
